Reception with Prosecco and snacks
When you come on board, we offer a glass of Prosecco to all guests. Besides the Dutch snacks, you will also receive 2 “Herengracht snacks” per person. You can choose from:
- Carpaccio, truffle mayonnaise, pine nuts and fresh Parmesan cheese
- Chicken wrap, pesto, arugula and pine nuts
- Potato-asparagus mousse with ham and spring onion
- Salmon mousse with horseradish and caviar
- Cream of goat cheese with red pepper

The Italian buffet Cruise is one of the more luxurious all-inclusive packages in our range. The chefs of Van Barneveld Catering prepare this luxurious buffet. Our guests are always very pleased with it and we notice that from the returning customers who choose this package repeatedly. The exclusive wines from De Nederlanden
On our boats we serve a great selection of house wines. You can expand the package with special wines from our wine list at an additional cost. Wine specialist Arisz Et al. compiled our wine list . They specially selected a great assortment for Rederij de Nederlanden. If you want to use our wine list, please inform us of this up to five working days in advance.
Facilities on board
We equip our boats with all conveniences. When the weather allows we sail with a fully open hood. All our boats can be fully or partially open so you get the best ambiance in the city in good weather. In the unlikely event of bad weather, the boat can be completely closed. In colder weather we turn on the heating so it is nice and warm inside. All boats have a toilet on board.
Music
There is a music system on all boats. We can take care of the music, but if you prefer to hear your own playlist, you can do that via your telephone or tablet. There is a jack connection on the boat. This way you can use your own playlist from Spotify or YouTube.
